Political Insider Launches New App Empowering Americans Ignored by Washington
Frankly.app makes it easy and effective to share opinions with elected officials during government shutdown
GREEN LANE, PA: With government leadership as Americans’ top concern and a super majority of Americans concerned that free speech is under attack, Frankly.app launches to make it easy and effective for Americans to share their opinions with elected officials during the Federal government shutdown.
“Many politicians have no idea what regular people really think,” said Koutsiouroumbas, “Most Americans are too busy to deal with the convoluted process to share their opinions with elected officials.”
“The system isn't broken; it's just ignoring you,” said Frankly.app founder Athan Koutsiouroumbas, “Trust me, I know. I used to work there.”
Koutsiouroumbas is a former Chief of Staff in the United States House of Representatives and former appropriations staffer in the United States Senate. For the past decade, he worked as a public affairs professional advocating for Fortune 100 companies, national universities and non-profits.
“I built an app to make elected officials listen,” continued Koutsiouroumbas, “It’s called Frankly.”
“Frankly is like texting, social media and a billboard had a baby: one that Congress can't ignore,” explained Koutsiouroumbas, “In seconds, you type what's on your mind. Frankly delivers your opinion to elected officials and the whole country sees it. When it's public, it's pressure: elected officials bend under pressure.”
Frankly fixes a broken bureaucratic process to help both elected officials and fellow Americans. By making it easy and effective to share opinions, elected officials can learn the opinion of their constituents. By sharing those opinions on a social feed, people know they are being seen and heard.
“Nobody in Congress answers phone calls. Traditional emails get buried under more emails. They think you’re a bot when you post on their social media,” explained Koutsiouroumbas.
Access to Frankly.app is limited to the first 100,000 users. After that, a current Frankly user must send an invite to the “Most Honest Person” they know to invite a new person to the app.
“Americans want better leadership. Free speech is essential to America. There is no better time for Frankly,” added Koutsiouroumbas.
Frankly is available for iOS and Android operating systems. Americans can get on the waitlist at www.Frankly.app.
